Who I am:
I'm Kris, a licensed therapist passionate helping people reconnect authentically and compassionately with their mind, body and lives. I have certifications in yin yoga, nutrition for mental health, mindfulness, social-emotional arts and have had the privilege of leading international workshops, publishing wellness articles, and developing curriculums on holistic health.

I got into this profession because I believe therapy has the power to create a more loving world. I believe this because I've witnessed hours and hours of incredible, life-altering growth within my clients, and also because I've been in the client seat. Therapy not only facilitated a more authentic, centered version of myself, but created a positive ripple effect on the world around me. And that felt like something to live by.
Who I work with:
I offer resources to people navigating challenges like anxiety, stress, depression, low self esteem, chronic illness, complex trauma and life transitions.

My practice is LGBTQIA+ celebratory, neurodivergent affirming and culturally inclusive. All are welcome with love including dreamers, creatives, and anyone who leads with curiosity, passion, or a desire to grow.
What I do:
I take a holistic approach to mental health, blending traditional talk therapy with mind-body practices to help you better understand patterns and navigate intense emotions. We’ll explore family dynamics, attachment, core beliefs, and daily stressors alongside tools like mindfulness, somatic practices, breathwork, yin yoga, and lifestyle support. ​

My approach is warm, present, and genuine. I show up fully, ask thoughtful questions, offer honest, compassionate feedback, and share tools you can actually use.
